Part-Time Office Administrator
to join our team and support the daily operations of the museum, contributing to both our administrative and educational activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office functions Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence Assist with scheduling and coordinating bookings and visitor information Support conference bookings and event coordination Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases Assist with social media management and content creation to engage our audience Occasionally support weekend events or activities as needed Key Requirements: Proven experience in office administration or similar roles Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both staff and volunteers Basic understanding and experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to work some weekends as required What We Offer: Flexible working hours (14 hours per week, spread over 2-3 days) £12.21 per hour Opportunity to work in a charity-driven environment with a small, dynamic team and over 40 dedicated volunteers Exposure to coordinating visits, group bookings, and events A chance to contribute to the preservation of automotive history in a meaningful way How to Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to
