Senior Site Manager - Stowmarket, Suffolk - Housebuilding
The Opportunity
We have an excellent long term opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to deliver a chain of traditional build residential schemes, starting with an 80 unit development in Stowmarket.
You will start on a new development on Church Road in Stowmarket, Suffolk which involves the construction of 80 high end traditional build houses and apartments; with the site at early stage foundations. You will also then be involved in a 50 unit site in Stowmarket, then move on with the Project Manager to deliver a large 250 unit development in Stowmarket after these 2 first sites have been delivered.
These are brand new developments where the successful Senior Site Manager, with the support of a strong Assistant Site Manager, will deliver circa 50 units a year aiming to provide high quality homes.
What they are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager working for a residential developer to build traditional build housing; with experience in foundations, superstructure, and fit-out through to CML and liaison with the NHBC.

Salary up to £70,000
