Guy's and St Thomas' are seeking an exceptional candidate who has a passion for radiotherapy quality management, a detailed understanding of radiotherapy quality assurance and governance processes to ensure quality-driven, safe, and effective services.

The successful candidate will join our team of section lead radiographers to implement, control, and maintain the accredited Radiotherapy Quality Assurance system throughout the Radiotherapy service, which includes administration, pre-treatment, and treatment functions, and to closely liaise with RT medical physics as a supportive service.

As Radiotherapy Quality Manager, you must have excellent IT skills, outstanding communication, organisational, and management skills to motivate and lead your team, and create an environment in which staff and students can develop their skills and reach their full potential.
