What You Will Do: Design, create, and implement systems solutions in response to strategic business needs. Analyse and redesign existing business processes to enhance efficiency. Work collaboratively to develop technical and systems solutions, guiding decision-making within the company. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by integrating systems. Maintain and support databases, systems, and platforms, focusing on continuous improvement. Develop web solutions and manage technical documentation and specialized reporting. What You Will Bring: Proven experience as a Systems Developer or in a similar role, with a track record of end-to-end process improvements. Expertise in relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL server, and a solid understanding of programming languages. Familiarity with various operating systems and databases, coupled with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Efficient communication and organisational skills, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
