What you’ll do… • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems. • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns. • Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance and scalability. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate new techniques into projects. • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into products. • Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development. • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, and processes. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency. What you’ll bring… We are looking for a seasoned and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new skills and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess: Required Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges. • Proficiency in Python, R, or C++. • Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms. • Skills in data cleaning, normalization, and transformation. Strong ability to uncover insights from data (EDA). • Knowledge of NLP techniques and tools. Deep understanding of neural networks and deep learning architectures. • Experience with popular libraries like Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc. • Ability to evaluate models using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, etc. • Skills in model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance (MLOps). • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Understanding of software development principles, version control (e.g., Git). Desirable Skills: • Up to date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning. • Knowledge and experience of working in heavily regulated environments (e.g., finance). • Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics. • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying machine learning models.
