Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with an industrial equipment manufacturer and supplier to some of the world’s leading sectors including Rail, Food Manufacturing and Aerospace. They are looking to hire an Internal Services Manager to join their team based in Derbyshire on a full time, permanent basis. The company are ambitious in everything they do and will train their employees to become skilled professionals with an expertise in their industry, making this an ideal role for a Customer Support Professional.
The successful candidate will generate new business for the company by assisting with customer projects, managing subcontractors, handling customer queries and quotations, and allocating Engineers to breakdowns.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable customer facing or support experience, with experience in the heating and/or air conditioning sector being highly desirable. They will be confident drafting documents and liaising with customers daily.
For the position, they are offering a competitive starting salary of up to c£30k per annum D.O.E and a generous benefits package that includes company pension and profit share schemes, free on-site parking, training opportunities, employee assistance programs, and more!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through providing a consistently high level of customer service Schedule Service Engineers to attend HVAC and industrial heating system breakdowns and preplanned maintenance Handle customers queries and quotations Manage subcontractors and checking certifications to work on client sites Handle invoices and job imports Manage system generated reports Assist with customer projects including drafting bill of materials Source materials from various vendors and obtain detailed quotes Prepare HSE reports both internally and externally Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience working in a customer facing or customer support role Proficient with office software including MS Office suite Experience working within the heating and air conditioning industry is highly desirable Confident drafting report, emails, and general documentation Strong ability to work individually and in a team About Express Recruitment
