What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire care teams, ensuring they deliver care that meets the latest research and statutory body requirements. Stay up-to-date with regulations and guidelines from statutory bodies (e.g., Care Inspectorate for Scottish homes) and ensure practices are aligned with these standards. Foster a resident-centered environment by actively involving residents in the planning and reviewing of their care. Oversee the electronic care plan system to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care efficiently. Manage the electronic TMAR system to monitor and review medication practices. Provide clinical oversight of the unit, including administering medications and ensuring compliance with all care protocols. About You: You have
previous experience managing care teams , with a focus on fostering best practices and maintaining high standards of care. You’re confident in navigating statutory regulations and translating them into actionable care strategies. You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic systems for care planning and medication management.
