£35,000 to £45,000 Benefits:

Role Overview: This is a customer-focused role where the successful applicant will be responsible for:
Managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers. Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
Your Background: To be considered for this role, you should have: A strong background in IT field service engineering, IT database administration, or IT technical support. Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, SQL, DICOM, HL7, server support, advanced technologies, and front and back end support.
