Maxwell Consultancy are working with a well established workshop in their search for a CNC Workshop Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position working dayshift Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays). The company work across various different sectors including Aerospace and Oil & Gas. The role is suited to someone who is worked in senior management or experienced machinists ready to take the next step in their career.
What's required?
Time served Machinist
Minimum 6 years experience as Machinist
Oversee both CNC and manual machinists within the workshop
Customer facing responsibilities
Programming knowledge (both online and offline advantageous)
Adhere to KPI's within the workshop
Work towards continuous improvement methods
Coach and develop the team
Coordinating with the Production Planner
Ensuring machine maintenance, availability of material and tooling
What to expect?
Overtime available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
Huge scope for increasing take home pay with overtime - Circa GBP61,000
