Production Manager This Production Manager role is part of the senior Leadership team (SLT) of a 250 headcount manufacturing business. You will shape the strategy for the site and develop your P&L exposure, with the chance to progress to General Manager, Head of Manufacturing, or Director of Production. This position will suit an ambitious Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager who is looking to take the next step and have the opportunity to progress to become a General Manager of a multinational organization. Candidate Profile: This is a senior role that is part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will have significant input and influence over the strategic direction of the site and achieving the P&L. We are open to candidates who are Manufacturing Managers or Production Managers looking to step up, or more senior candidates already at the Director of Manufacturing or Operations Manager level, provided you have a focus on manufacturing/production. Ambitious candidates will find real scope to grow into a General Manager or Plant Manager role and build P&L knowledge and experience. We are flexible on the type of manufacturing experience, but ideally, candidates should have some mechanical bias in a regulated industry with good quality standards (e.g., aerospace, automotive, etc.). We seek candidates with a strong Continuous Improvement mindset who are committed to seeking better practices every day. We want to see examples of taking ownership and driving performance, with an ability to focus on execution.
