circa £25K Our local client is looking for someone to join their busy and friendly team as a Stock Controller. You will be responsible for the efficient and organised operation of all warehouse-related tasks, ensuring that stock is well-organised and easily accessible for the team. Responsibilities:

Maintain the organisation of the warehouse, ensuring all stock is easily accessible for the team. Onboard all products onto the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while conducting regular stock takes. Update the CRM system when necessary to reflect changes in stock levels, including marking items as out of stock or out of season. Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and well-organised. Unpack deliveries as they arrive. Pack items from the creative department for shipping to customers. Occasionally do local deliveries. Coordinate the shipping process, ensuring that items are shipped in a timely manner and provide collection notes to the Admin Manager. Packing items ready for dispatch. Assist the driver with loading the van when necessary. Order and manage office replenishments, such as stationery, milk, tea, and other supplies. Ensure the seamless and organised running of the warehouse, with efficient stock management. Ensure orders are packed and shipped in a timely manner to meet customer needs. Ensure the day-to-day operations across the warehouse are orderly and efficient. Candidate Requirements:

Experience of using stock management systems. Good organisational skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
