We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our vibrant and busy team in Bishopbriggs! As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the backbone of our service delivery, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of cutting-edge cash-handling equipment. Your role involves investigating technical issues, resolving warranty failures, and ensuring first-class customer service. You will work independently in a designated territory, forge strong relationships with customers, and keep them informed during equipment downtime. You’ll document system problems, establish preventative maintenance schedules, and be a key player in enhancing our service reliability and performance. Hours of Work:

Full-time with potential for on-call responsibilities. Field Service Engineer Requirements: Recognised engineering qualification and a full, clean Driving Licence. Customer service experience for entry-level positions; post-qualification experience for senior roles. Mechanically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent the company. Flexible and proactive approach to workload planning and prioritising tasks.
