Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of project management, including: Programme Development: Preparing and maintaining project programmes using the M Projects application.
Project Management: Managing projects valued between 200k - 4 million, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Design Coordination: Collaborating with the design team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Procurement Management: Overseeing procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and resources.
Sub-Contractor Oversight: Managing sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
Team Leadership: Supervising site managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Health & Safety Compliance: Preparing and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements). Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations across all project sites.
Financial Administration: Preparing and submitting applications for payment and variations. Managing cost control to maximise project profitability.
Client Relations: Acting as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: Experience:
Proven experience in contracts management, particularly within the industrial roofing, cladding, or single-ply installation sectors. Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, including materials, installation methods, and relevant standards. Project Management Skills:
Proficiency in using project management tools such as M Projects. Leadership Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively. Health & Safety Awareness:
Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry. Communication Skills:
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications:
