Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operation Provide guidance and support as needed Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations Collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless transitions between shifts Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect and professional growth Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment Ability to drive team performance through motivation and effective leadership techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A can-do hands-on attitude to the role Organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
