We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our Cyber Security team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools or a strong desire to learn and grow in this critical area. This role involves managing user identities, ensuring secure access to systems via SSO and Zero Trust Networking, supporting the implementation of IAM and PAM solutions as part of our compliance journey. This role will offer many opportunities for growth in other areas of Cyber Security. This role would be well suited to someone with an entry level IT background who is looking to specialise in Cyber Security.
Person Specification Any relevant degree/technical qualifications would be highly desirable. Experience in an IT related field. Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices. Experience with leading PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinia). Strong understanding of access control models and security principles. Understanding of Zero Trust Networking is desirable. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Certifications: Relevant certifications (Desirable, not required e.g. CIAM, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Any certifications by CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinia). Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in the Cybersecurity Space. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing security landscapes and technologies.
