CRM and Content Manager

The business now has a global turnover of ~£1B. If you’re successful in this application, you will be joining the UK and EU Marketing team to lead our CRM and Digital content execution. The Role

As the CRM and Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in developing an integrated multi-channel approach to our owned properties (CRM, SMS, APP and Web) focusing on driving commercial value and creating brand value through your execution. You will partner with the broader digital team and MarTech product owners in the development and execution of our CRM strategy across marketing and automated journeys and is central in the ongoing development of the CRM platform (Braze) capability. What will I be doing?

Ownership of all UK CRM comms for Pret.co.uk and Pret Delivers, including retention and loyalty journeys. Help define and analyse Pret UK’s core customer segment, and approach to segmented personalisation. Manage UK CMS to ensure website and app content is optimised, taking a holistic customer view of our owned digital ecosystem. Methodically monitor and report on channel-specific performance, summarise key insights and recommend actions to improve performance to key stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis (as relevant). Management of all APP and Web content, including the briefing of, and update of digital assets. Working in partnership with design and digital marketing team to create clear and consistent comms across channels. Skills and experience

Experience in a CRM role in a retail or high growth business as well as D2C eCommerce business. A proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross-channel user acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives. Strong with Excel and ability to analyse different digital data sets, comfortable using Google Analytics. Experience briefing and supporting with eCom content creation for digital channels. Experience using CMS systems to manage website content and changes (Braze). Data driven and 100% customer-oriented.
