Client Relationship Executive

to join our dynamic team. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue by promoting and selling our products/services to both potential and existing customers. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Client Relationship Executives will also be involved with referred customers from our partners, ensuring that their enquiries are both met and dealt with efficiently. With an uncapped performance-related commission scheme, your earning potential is limitless based on your achievements. RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect, identify and engage with new and existing customers through various channels. Present and showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Achieve sales targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes. Maintain accurate records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities. REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in a lead generation, telesales or customer facing sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, objection handling and closing abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Knowledge of [industry or products] is desirable but not essential; we provide comprehensive training. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. SALARY AND BENEFITS

The base salary for this position ranges from £25,000 to £27,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a monthly uncapped performance-related commission scheme, allowing you to earn significantly more based on your sales achievements. The more you sell, the more you earn.
