Product Trainer In this role, you will lead live training sessions, create e-learning content, and offer continuous support to ensure users are skilled and confident in using our products. Additionally, you will gather feedback from training participants to refine and enhance the effectiveness of future training programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging training programmes for both clients and internal teams. Create and update training materials, such as manuals, e-learning content, virtual software environments, and video tutorials. Conduct live training sessions, both in-person and remotely. Collaborate with product managers to stay informed about new features and updates. Assess training needs and customise programmes to meet specific requirements. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development. Promote training opportunities to clients and partners. Key Requirements: Experience delivering training to IT or Process Automation engineers. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including general concepts, setup, and configuration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across various channels (email, phone, presentations). Experience in assessing training needs and collaborating with trainees to identify requirements. The company are looking to offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits.
