Our client is looking for an experienced leader to take charge of a critical commercial project. You'll be based on-site working to: Manage 2-3 site management reports, supporting them to achieve KPIs. Build strong connections with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and team members. Guide and educate sub-contractors to maintain and exceed high-quality benchmarks. Coordinate with the commercial team to secure new business and meet customer requirements. Create and manage construction programs and detailed Construction Phase Plans. Oversee PQQ processes, legislation adherence, and specialist guidance. Work closely with site teams to allocate resources and solve complex issues.
What We're Looking For Essential Requirements: 5+ years of management experience in commercial construction. Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills. SMSTS certification and a track record of managing contracts and producing detailed project plans. Highly Desirable: CIOB chartered member or NEBOSH qualification. Experience in highly regulated industries. Proficiency in construction planning software like Asta Power Project. A degree in a construction-related discipline.
