Southwark (office base role, 1 day WFH post probation), note that the Saturday 1/2 day is WFH The role: Guide tenants seamlessly from holding payment to move-in day, ensuring a customer-centric journey every step of the way. Take them through referencing, contracts, move in day questions and ultimately their final financial payments to move in. Booking in pre-tenancy maintenance and compliance requirements - i.e. Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Safety Checks. Work with the sales team to ensure that offer agreements are being held and any changes are covered with the landlord. Draft Tenancy Agreements for distribution. Stay ahead of the curve on compliance with legislation, keeping up-to-date with policy changes and regulations. Be the glue that ensures smooth communication and collaboration between departments. Working with internal team to support in new tenancies, including tenant changeovers, landlord changeovers, addendums and deeds of surrender. Keeping a record of important documents and maintaining the organisation of files. Champion the customer experience. About You: You excel in written communication Numbers don't scare you; don't worry you don't need to be a whizz but you need to feel comfortable with rental figures and percentages.
