warm leads only! Our client provides a number of specialist engineering services to customers in Hampshire and is growing considerably due to their success!
As the new Sales Executive, your key duties will include: Proactively phoning and emailing individuals who have previously expressed interest online or by phone to discuss their engineering needs and offer to book in tailored solutions. Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the products or services to encourage informed decisions. (Full training provided). Coordinate with the operations team to arrange consultations or appointments based on customer availability and needs. Update CRM systems or databases with customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes to ensure seamless follow-ups and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
