We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Dynatrace Observability Consultant/ Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing observability solutions using Dynatrace, as well as providing architectural guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The work is as such roughly 10-20% architect work, the remaining is in the consultancy and data analysis area. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement observability solutions using Dynatrace to monitor and analyse the performance, health, and behaviour of complex systems, applications and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define observability strategies, and develop comprehensive monitoring plans. Provide architectural guidance and expertise to ensure the alignment of observability solutions with business objectives and technical requirements and document these. Lead the development of architectures for complex systems, covering system, application, technology, security, and business architectures. Conduct performance assessments and optimizations to ensure the reliability and scalability of observability solutions. Develop and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in observability, monitoring, architecture and cloud. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions using Dynatrace. Strong understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs, and traces. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant certifications in Dynatrace, cloud platforms, or architecture are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with other observability tools and platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Cloud Native observability solutions). Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash). Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps practices. Team Structure:

The Dynatrace Observability team is a diverse group of professionals based in NL, UK&I and Romania and is including sales, presales, project managers, architects, consultants, data analysts, and engineers. The team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality observability solutions to our clients. Key roles within the team include: Sales and Presales Consultants:

Responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable observability solutions. Project Managers:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of observability projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Architects:

Provide architectural guidance and design observability solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Consultants:

Implement and configure observability tools, provide technical support, and offer consultancy services to clients. Data Analysts:

Analyse monitoring data, create dashboards and reports, and provide insights to improve system performance. Engineers:

Develop and implement automated scripts and processes to enhance monitoring and integration capabilities.
