Northgate Vehicle Hire is recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager either in the automotive industry or from a strong retail background to help turn our Leeds branch into one of our most successful branches. You will be coming into a branch that has so much potential, experience, and passion to get it to where it belongs; our Leeds branch is one of our largest branches within Northgate Vehicle Hire. The branch is located in the city of Leeds, which has fantastic transport routes for travel to and from the branch. Your Role as Branch Manager: Leadership & Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a team focused on maximizing revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Operational Excellence:
Oversee branch performance, including rental activity and workshop efficiency, while maintaining top-tier customer relationships. Innovation & Strategy:
Drive innovation and improvement efforts to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize operational processes. Customer Service:
