www.vaseyrslcare.org.au About the role The Enrolled Nurse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a small team of PCWs and delivering clinical and personal care to meet residents’ cultural, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual goals. You will be supported on shift by an experienced Registered Nurse (RN). The shifts on offer are: There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when staff take leave, as well as working across other homes in Brighton and Brighton East. If you have experience working as a Personal Care Worker (PCW), there may be the opportunity to pick up PCW shifts as well. About you To be successful in this position, you will be kind, person-centred, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care. You will have: Current AHPRA registration (Division 2) Experience as an EN in aged care, preferably in a residential setting Availability to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays Ability to work autonomously, having an understanding of accountability and the importance of consultation Ability to support in emergency situations Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide proof of rights to work in Australia We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
