As a Production Team Leader, you will be expected to manage a team of production operatives within a production environment.
Duties will also include: Achieving KPI targets Carrying out daily quality checks and audits Attending daily production meetings Collating and analysing reports Coaching and supporting team members to ensure appropriate training is received Performing root cause analysis and resolving any production issues Involvement in HR meetings
Candidates must have the following experience: Minimum Level 3 Leadership qualification or equivalent Self-aware, resilient individual, with the ability to guide and lead a team Proven proactive and positive hands-on approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Lean manufacturing techniques
