As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be at the heart of creating engaging learning opportunities and providing a secure environment where every child feels valued and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development. Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining accurate records. Promoting a culture of safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of all children. What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent). A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. An organised, proactive, and patient approach.
