Our department
The Department of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Strathclyde is one of the largest chemical engineering departments in the country; we are the top-ranked department in Scotland for Chemical Engineering (The Times/ Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024) with a friendly, diverse and collaborative teaching and research culture. We focus on developing students’ skills and knowledge of sector relevant topics, equipping our graduates to face the next generation of engineering challenges. Our courses are accredited by the Institution of Chemical Engineers.
The opportunity
We would love to hear from you if you have a good honours degree and PhD (or equivalent professional experience) in chemical engineering (or another appropriate discipline), experience of working and teaching within a higher education institution, and a record of accomplishment of delivering high quality teaching and contributing to academic administration.
