Various Hours £13.00 per hour plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually Nestled in the North Yorkshire countryside, Grantley Hall is a five-star, 17th-century property offering a blend of stately grandeur and contemporary luxury. Join our team as a Spa Therapist and offer exceptional care in our luxury, air-conditioned treatment rooms that boast spacious, above-ground designs with serene views of outdoor spaces. Please note, our Spa vacancies will require weekend and evening work on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests. Undertake reception and administration duties if required Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and practices are adhered to by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process Follow all of the spa standards and protocols Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa to utilise all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests Be brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests Key Skills, Qualities & Experience Have a beauty qualification at NVQ Level 3, or equivalent is essential Be a confident and self-motivated individual, who presents themselves in a professional persona in all circumstances Previous experience working as a Therapist in a Spa is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Experience of working within a team A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies according to your specialisations to a five star spa service standard Possess a drive to learn new and innovative ways of working within a Five Star Spa for the benefits of the team’s health and fulfilling the customers bespoke Wellness aims Have an NVQ Level 2 in manicure, pedicure and waxing, or the equivalent Benefits A monthly service charge - typically £2,400 annually 31 days holiday increasing to 33 days with length of service
