As our Reserves Manager, you’ll be leading a dedicated team to protect and enhance our nature reserves for people and wildlife. You’ll have a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sites and steering the change and adaptation of our special places in the face of the nature crisis and climate change challenges. You’ll be working with partners to operate beyond our reserve boundaries to deliver bigger, better and more joint up habitats for the Tees Valley wildlife.
