Paralegal with a minimum of 18 months actual legal experience behind them,
who wishes to specialise within different aspects of Business Law, specifically leading to become a
Qualified Solicitor in Employment and HR matters. With a completed LPC , you will be seeking to establish yourself within a busy practice, and embark upon a 2 year Training Contract spending time in different areas of the business including Advisory, Group in-house legal, Health & Safety, and Finance. Through different “seats” you will be exposed to a number of areas of Law including Employment, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Health & Safety, Commercial, and Civil Litigation. The majority of your time will be spent working within the Advisory Solicitors Team, and as such you will need to be able and confident to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone dealing with clients, to provide accurate legally compliant business advice, and the needs of individual clients highlighting any options that are non-compliant and the risks that these options might present. This is an OFFICE based role, Monday to Friday.
