What do I need?
Leadership and management skills & experience. Experience in a soft services leadership capacity previously - security exposure essential. SIA license. An enthusiasm for guest experience - creating meaningful interactions through cleaning and security provision. Openness to weekend work - the retail world rarely stops, so there will be duty management on a roster basis.
