Education Manager Job Overview: MK College Group has an exciting opportunity for a creative Maths Tutor/Lecturer to join the team at HMP Send. As a Maths Tutor/Lecturer, you will engage prison-based learners with creative classes and resources, inspiring them and providing a positive learning experience. This role may involve outreach work outside of the main classroom setting, connecting with learners in a professional manner, and supporting them in achieving success through qualifications and the development of confidence and soft skills applicable to employment and further education. We are seeking an individual who can communicate effectively with learners to inspire and motivate them. The average class consists of 6 learners, with sessions lasting approximately 3 hours. The ideal candidate will teach Functional Skills Maths from Entry Level to Level 2, with lessons that are adaptable, innovative, and imaginative. Diversity and Inclusion:
