This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance. The Candidate The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful Care Home. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment. Requirements Experienced Home Manager Experience dealing with Staff culture Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports. Location The Home is based in Nottingham and would be a suitable commute from Lincoln, Newark, Peterborough, Grantham, Boston and King's Lynn. Summary My client is seeking an experienced Home Manager, who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to 60,000, 15% Bonus plus Pension.
