Practice Leader, Career Development & Mobility UK&I What You’ll Do

Design tailored client solutions that address workforce challenges in career development and internal mobility. Build relationships with FTSE 100 and other key clients, collaborating with sales teams to secure and expand partnerships. Lead client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, timeliness, and measurable results. Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage LHH’s global expertise to enhance offerings. Drive commercial growth by supporting client retention and acquiring new business. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. What You’ll Need

Proven experience in solution or client-centric sales. Success in designing and delivering talent, HR, or organisational development solutions. Strong business acumen and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Passion for career development and employee engagement. Experience in client-facing roles. What We Offer
