Stonecross, United Kingdom Murphy is recruiting for an Early Careers Business Partner to undertake a 10 Month Secondment, focusing primarily on Murphy Graduate, Degree Apprentice, and Placement programmes. Operating in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, and the USA, Murphy provides better engineered solutions to infrastructure sectors including transportation, water, power, and natural resources. A day in the life of a Murphy Early Careers Business Partner: Recruitment and selection of new Early Career cohorts from advertising to induction, including keep warm activity through the onboarding process. Facilitate the ordering of CSCS cards in time for new starters to undertake work on our sites. Organise and deliver an induction programme for our Early Careers cohorts. Continually improve the framework for graduate and degree apprentice development, communicate and organise development sessions, providing an unparalleled development experience for our graduate population. Enrol individuals onto their professional qualifications and support their development journey, ensuring business and professional mentors are in place as required. Facilitate rotations and roll-off processes for our graduate and degree apprentice cohorts, ensuring appropriate handovers with the business when individuals finish on programme. Reporting and data management of the graduate and degree apprentice population. Provide assistance to any arising graduate and degree apprentice matters. Delivery of the placements including Sponsored Student Programme & T-Level Placements. Still interested? Does this sound like you? Experience in the Emerging Talent cycle.
