What you'll do : You will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of key outcomes that contribute to the success of our business strategy. Working within the Digital Transformation team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to shape and deliver our Food Digital agenda. You will demonstrate drive, a curious entrepreneurial mindset and tenacity in bringing together insights and people to solve complex business problems, making practical recommendations to deliver change. You will excel in strategic programme management, driving change at pace through the use of data and excellent cross-functional working, alongside leveraging an agile mindset and storytelling to accelerate delivery. Building strong relationships and high-performing working teams will be key, as well as underpinning plans with robust business cases and engaging in critical governance meetings.

Who you are: You are an experienced and strategic leader with a growth mindset and a track record of driving change at pace and delivering successful transformations. You possess excellent thought leadership skills, employing an outcome-centric and hypothesis-led approach to tackle complex business problems.
