Provide compassionate and tailored support to young individuals with various needs.
Work directly in service within Grays & Tilbury.
Offer assistance in areas such as learning disability, complex needs, emotional needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours.
Adapt to a variety of shifts including long days, sleep-ins, and nights.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with young adults (minimum 1 year).
PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) or restraint training.
Enhanced DBS on the update service.
Full work experience.
