Construction Project Manager Hendrefoilan, Swansea, SA2 7PG Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car + Benefits St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Housing project in Hendrefoilan, Swansea. The project is currently halfway through it’s current phase, with the next phase due to commence in 2026. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Construction of the works in accordance with the designs Programming and planning of all works, including site resources such as labour, plant & materials Direct management of St. Modwen site team, plus effective management of sub-contractors Liaise with wide range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure time, quality & cost of build is managed efficiently REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrable track record of Project Management within residential house-building Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams Excellent technical and practical knowledge, with the ability to resolve important detail Knowledge of Engineering would be an advantage WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary + bonus scheme (up to 15%) Company car or car allowance of £7,320 p/a 25 days annual leave + Christmas shutdown Pension, private medical and much more
