About the @one Alliance The Anglian Water @one Alliance is a totally collaborative organisation made up of nine partner companies (Anglian Water, SWECO, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, and Skanska) and an extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. Delivery Directors

to form part of the Senior Leadership Team. These roles will be based in our

Peterborough

office and can be flexible with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times. What does the role involve? Direct significant capital investment projects, promoting growth, digital capabilities and sustainable solutions. Lead integrated Delivery teams responsible for delivering a diverse program of wastewater (sewage) treatment, infrastructure (water and sewer pipelines) and water (treatment and storage) projects to achieve AMP8 objectives. Innovate and develop industry leading initiatives focusing on outcomes rather than outputs, reducing carbon, enhancing natural capital, addressing climate change, and embracing new digital technologies. Build and maintain professional networks and partners within the @one alliance. Manage the profit and loss for the portfolio. Develop and grow relationships/partnerships with local and regional stakeholders, including EA, Defra, Local Planning Authorities, Councils, and other stakeholders. Contribute to the strategic direction of @one working with Board of Directors and partner representatives. To be successful in this role you’ll possess: Extensive experience in the delivery and operational planning of significant infrastructure projects. Previous Director level experience. Strategic thinking skills with the ability to deliver long term strategic plans aligned to business objectives in a collaborative environment. A strong understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements. Experience of the utilities sector assets preferable. Proven experience in delivering high value capital projects. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experienced with financial planning, budgeting and headcount management. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, uses compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.
