We're seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive and engaging digital experiences that delight our users. As our UI/UX Designer, you'll be the champion for user-centred design, ensuring our digital products are both beautiful and functional. You'll play a crucial role in designing the user interface for our mobile apps, digital platforms and marketing presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and intuitive user journey across all touchpoints. K

ey Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, using methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. Translate complex information and processes into intuitive and user-friendly designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our user experience. Plan and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guides. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese (Essential) Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. At least 2 years of experience in a UI/UX design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centred approach. A strong portfolio showcasing your design and UX skills, including examples of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. ( Please provide a link to your online portfolio with your application. ) Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG) is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
