Working alongside our Chambers UK 2025 and Legal 500-ranked litigation colleagues, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a professional, high-quality service to our clients as part of a friendly and supportive team. You'll be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to a varied and interesting workload, including: Diary management for solicitors and partners Managing calls and emails from clients Monitoring the court inbox Helping with the preparation and sharing of reports, presentations and court documents Client case administration, including compliance, billing, matter opening and closing The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and audio typing and be a great communicator with a keen eye for detail. Experience with court procedures is helpful, but not essential. We will provide training for the right candidate. You’ll be able to demonstrate: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to use the main software packages, such as Microsoft Word and Outlook, confidently Why Ledingham Chalmers?
