With a portfolio ranging from large renovations and extensions to private new buildings to large commercial refurbishments, they can certainly offer a variety of interesting projects for a Project Architect to immerse themselves in. This opportunity offers the chance for the successful Project Architect to run their own projects from inception to completion, taking responsibility for delivery whilst simultaneously helping to drive forward the expansion of the practice in the upcoming years. With plans to build on the current foundations in place at the practice, this is a company that is going places, and you can become a big part of that! The ideal Project Architect will come with good job running, detailing and technical design skills, as well as interest in and knowledge of Passivhaus and sustainable design. RIBA/ARB Registered Architect with min 3 years post qualification experience Experience with green technologies, especially Passivhaus – Highly desirable Excellent design and detailing skills Experience running design orientated projects Well-practised in preparing construction and tender packages In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations Contract administration experience AutoCAD & Revit proficiency – Essential Proficiency with SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop - desirable Full UK Driving license A highly competitive salary will be on offer to the successful Project Architect, likely to be in the region of £36-£42k plus benefits.
