Red Circle/Business/Customer Success Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will ensure one of our large global partners are set up for success by working closely with them throughout their entire customer journey. You will be a product expert and advocate, providing best practice guidance and support on platform setup and configuration, implementation and product adoption, all while ensuring alignment with key business objectives to meet customer goals and wider business needs. The Day-to-Day:

The day-to-day will include engaging with various customer stakeholders to understand their business needs and guide them in selecting the right platform solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to design integrated digital learning solutions that support business development efforts. Our LSMs lead client onboarding, managing all stakeholders and ensuring a smooth setup, training, and launch process. This role includes providing ongoing support to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction, acting as a point of escalation for any issues, and serving as a bridge between product and business teams to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing. Required:

Experience in Engagement Management, LMS implementation consulting, Senior Customer Success Management, or Project Management. Experience in the SaaS industry. Basic understanding of Agile methodology. Experience in planning and organisation, especially in project management. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package and CRM, ERP, online project management tools, and collaborative networking tools. Experience with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations. Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems like LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS. Understanding of user/platform administration and technologies in e-learning environments: LMS, SCORM/xAPI, LRS, LXP for example. Personal Attributes:
