This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and helping maintain smooth financial operations within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Process accounts payable and receivable reports and purchase orders for national clients Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate financial transactions Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related tasks as required Finance Administrator requirements: A-levels or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in a finance administrative role is desirable but not essential Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting software Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software If you're a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for finance, we'd love to hear from you!
