Job Responsibilities: Executing routine and non-routine maintenance activities in accordance with agreed procedures and operational requirements to ensure plant is operating safely, effectively and efficiently. Ensuring safe working practices and procedures are adhered to within

the work area. Responding to emergency / unscheduled situations in the event of abnormal incidents to protect plant and personnel ensuring compliancy with safety and environmental and quality policies. Installing, maintaining & repairing a wide variety of industrial electrical equipment such as motors, heating elements, UPS, lighting and electrical distribution (up to 415 V). Adhere to relevant engineering drawings, related specifications, quality standards and equipment manuals, and to follow work instructions and relevant plans and schedules. Perform statutory inspections and testing. Perform statutory inspections and testing on Hazardous Area Equipment (ATEX) Developing and improving maintenance procedures. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all work areas and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct electrical fault-finding on machinery, particularly with PLC systems (preferably Siemens), inverter drives, and electrical schematics. Working in line with current company cGMP procedures including all relevant SOP's and guidelines. Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with appropriate EHS Procedures Qualifications & Experience: Time-served Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias and at least three years of experience in an industrial setting. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a flexible approach to work. CompEx certified Ex01-04 desirable PASMA & IPAF desirable C&G 2391 - Inspection and Testing (or equivalent) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent health and safety knowledge.
