The Briggs Equipment Group who are a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Setup of Hire agreements and allocation of equipment, ensuring that all internal processes are followed. Liaise with Workshop Manager to arrange for Pre-Hire Inspections on equipment. Planning delivery and collection of Equipment for internal delivery Fleet. Asist in the management/ activity of Drivers. Support in management of vehicles and ensure that compliance to legislation if vehicles is in place at all times. Ensure that Workshop Operations has equipment for ready for hire prior to leaving site for delivery to customer. Ensure compliance to legislation and provide information to Equipment location for engineer to perform any on site activity. Accurately raise hire Contracts ensuring the correct on Hire/Off Hire dates are input into protean system. Ensure that any Contracts off hired prior to Month end are closed off and invoiced accordingly. Compile and provide hire quotes for clients in a timely manner Work to Targets set out by Rental and Transport Manager. Ensure that customers are at the informed of Delivery/Collection Status on daily basis. Take responsibility for own Health and Safe as well as your colleagues ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to all times. Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times (High Viz Vest/Steel toe boots etc) What will help you to excel in this role: Desirable experience of supervising and advising staff within a depot environment Strong Leadership and communication skills Demonstrable understanding of plant hire business IT hire systems.
