large scale UK residential developments
and demonstrable experience working both in the drawing office and on site, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. My Clients are looking to speak with candidates that are recently Chartered or experienced and working towards Chartership. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Landscape Director in the delivery of landscape planning and design projects. Prepare detailed landscape design drawings, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape layouts, and technical details. Conduct site visits and take project-related photography. Develop baseline plans for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA). Contribute to reports, landscape assessments, and the preparation of Design and Access Statements. Essential Requirements: Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
(CMLI). Minimum of
3 years' experience
in landscape design and planning. Strong desire to learn and grow professionally and commit to CPD. A combination of creative design skills and technical capabilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Proficient
in AutoCAD and MS Office. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. What’s on Offer: A
