Contract : Full Time, Permanent Salary : £60,000 to £70,000 basic, OTE £90,000 - £100,000, uncapped commission structure. Key Benefits:

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, it is a great chance to make your impact on the market and our business by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales

strategy. You’ll have a close working relationship with our Pre-sales, Product and Marketing teams to help you to do this. You’ll also be part of a passionate and driven sales team focused on developing the B2B market. We have a number of established customers in the sector, so you can benefit from the expertise we have developed, whilst also being confident there is an untapped market waiting to hear from you.

As such, you’ll need really strong solution sales skills with

vast experience in Public and Private sectors. This role is all about driving revenue growth and market share and you’ll have an uncapped commission opportunity. At Glide we install, maintain, and manage our own network with a strong focus in hard-to-reach areas. We’re one of a few suppliers who offer bespoke services. As this is our network and we are not just resellers, it gives you the freedom to create customer

pricing and services, making your offer one that will stand out from the rest of the market.You’ll get great exposure across the business, regularly interacting with senior management in and out of sales. We will help you develop your knowledge and career further, either inside or outside of the Glide family. What you’ll need to succeed as Glide’s new Business Development Director. You will need to have previous experience in solution selling to the Public and Private sectors and preferably some experience of the connectivity sector including some of the following products: Managed WiFi, Structured Cabling, Internet Access, Multi-site

Networks, Firewalls, Hosted VoIP, Data Centre Co-location. Using your knowledge of the market, you’ll be able to renew existing agreements and also win new high value opportunities.You’ll be structuring your own deals, so you will need to be numerate and comfortable engaging with our finance team. You’ll need to understand costs, prices, OPEX and CAPEX and use this knowledge to create solid commercial proposals focused on the customer’s
