The Head of Commercial Partnerships will lead the Partnerships Team to deliver best in class account management to our existing and new suite of commercial partners, ensuring we meet and exceed Partners expectations and outcomes, leading to solid retention levels and incremental added revenue via these existing partnerships. A senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role will be a critical role in securing and improving the commercial success of the Association. Key Responsibilities

Develop the Commercial Partnership Strategy in conjunction with the Commercial Director Lead and manage the Partnerships Teams creating a culturally unified environment which fosters people success Lead and support the Partnerships Team to meet and exceed Partner objectives Lead the Retail & Licensing areas to ensure optimum delivery Manage the Senior C-Suite relationships with our existing commercial Partners, building strong, healthy and productive senior relationships where we have access and influence Lead and support the Team to deliver insight and performance reporting for our existing commercial Partners Drive new Revenue Growth through innovate commercial initiatives Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities Lead on Partner renewals, with clear focus on unlocking additional and incremental revenues Work hand in hand with the Head of Business Development & Head of Marketing to ensure we are creating the right marketing content, and acquiring the right Commercial Partners Ownership and accountability for Scottish FA Business Club; including regular review of the proposal to retain and add members Ensure all Commercial activities align with the Scottish FA’s brand values and Objectives Represent the Scottish FA at Industry Events Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Proven experience in a Commercial Leadership role Sound experience creating and maintaining multiple and varied stakeholder relationships both internal and external to the organisation Experience of negotiating complex, high value commercial agreements Direct people management experience Successful budget management responsibility About Scottish Football Association
