Job Purpose: Lead the strategic acquisition of land rights for electricity and infrastructure networks. Drive client growth, manage key projects and negotiate agreements with landowners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Oversee project planning, risk management and team leadership to deliver innovative solutions for both terrestrial and marine projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute land acquisition strategies for onshore and offshore projects. Negotiate agreements and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients. Oversee planning, consenting, and risk management for complex infrastructure projects. Lead cross-functional teams and manage external consultants. Provide strategic insights to senior management and clients. Knowledge & Experience: Education:

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Land Management, Property). Chartered membership preferred (e.g., RICS). Experience:

7–10 years in land acquisition or planning within infrastructure or renewable energy. Skills:

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in MS Office, GIS, and mapping tools. Additional Information: This role requires frequent travel, including site visits. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s growth and reputation in renewable energy.
